Shipping and Returns
- Delivery and Pickup
· You must accept delivery or pick up your order within 90 days from the shipping date. If the order is not picked up or accepted within this period, it will be considered abandoned and may be sold or disposed of. Payments made for the order will not be refunded.
- Return and Exchange Policy
· Custom Orders: All orders are custom-made; therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
· Damaged Products: Returns of damaged products are only accepted if a damaged product was delivered and reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if any damage is found.
